WATCH: Australia Post talks international expansion with Peta + Jain

Peta Wessell and Jain Da Silva are the founders of handbag label Pete + Jain. Since launching their business several months ago, these savvy business women have seen their operation grow ten-fold. Now this two-woman-band have set their sights on expanding internationally but aren’t quite sure how to make the first move.

To help them on their journey, Kochie enlisted the assistance of Michelle Francis from Australia Post, who visited the girl’s Sydney warehouse to provide them with some expert advice on how to take their business global.

With orders coming in from NZ and the US, Peta + Jain have already cracked the international space but now they want to expand their offerings to other areas.

Amongst Michelle’s suggestions are a structured plan and building on current successes would be the first steps to expansion.
