More than half of Australia’s small and medium businesses are using e-commerce, with 95 percent making most of their online sales to customers in Australia, according to the 2016 Sensis eBusiness Report.
Business confidence rose by nine points this quarter, to now sit at the highest level in more than five years among Australia’s small and medium businesses (SMBs).
Only 13 per cent of small businesses think the economy is growing.
