With close to 60 per cent of Australia’s small businesses still failing to have an online presence, Bricks & Clicks aims to bridge the digital skills gaps to upskill local business owners with the tools they need to take their products online and to the rest of the world.

Kochie’s Business Builders host and small business expert David Koch says retail e-commerce sales are skyrocketing and small business owners must be prepared to meet the changing retail landscape or risk closure.

“The greatest innovation challenge facing the Australian economy and business community is getting traditional bricks and mortar businesses online,” said Koch.

“The biggest barrier to Australian businesses getting online is fear… fear of the complexity, fear of finding someone to trust to help, fear of the high expenses. Our aim is to prove these fears are myths,” Koch explained.

The Bricks & Clicks course is available to any small business owner to complete for FREE after registering at  The course will guide retailers through all the steps to help them build their business’s online brand.

The course is supported by a six-part documentary series which airs on Channel 7 ob Sundays at 1pm. The show follows the digital transformation of six traditional retailers as they take part in the course and are mentored through the process by a team of KBB experts.
