  1. Thank you Kochie and Cindy for sound advice. As someone who’s owned a number of franchise groups and worked with many household names over the past 30 years I question Cindy’s ‘banker’s view’ that you have to be established for three years before you can franchise. I say this with confidence because as well as helping a number of clients successfully franchise from concept I’ve done so myself.
