P’Nut Street Noodles gets advice on franchising from Doug Downer

P’nut Street Noodles has become something of an institution amongst Australia’s asian food lovers. Owner Ankur Sehgal has opened 11 outlets in the past few years. Sehgal is keen to continue his domination of the noodle bar market but wants to explore different options to raise the capital for the venture.

We teamed Segal up with business coach and  franchising expert Doug Downer to discuss the possibility of licensing his business out to  expand his market.

Downer explains the importance of getting a business ‘franchise ready’ including documenting procedures in order for any new business to continue to deliver the same high standards.
