P’nut Street Noodles has become something of an institution amongst Australia’s asian food lovers. Owner Ankur Sehgal has opened 11 outlets in the past few years. Sehgal is keen to continue his domination of the noodle bar market but wants to explore different options to raise the capital for the venture.
