MYOB tops customer satisfaction ratings by small business users

Cloud accounting solution MYOB has toppled rival Xero from the top slot in the Canstar Blue Customer Satisfaction Ratings for business accounting software.

The brand has received a 5-star rating for ease of use, reporting, ease of integration and functionality. Since making the move from a desktop package to a cloud accounting solution, MYOB is on track to be the fastest-growing cloud accounting business in Australia, likely to pass one million online subscribers by 2020.

David Weickhardt, General Manager of Product at MYOB said the 5-star rating was a reflection of the focus and hard work MYOB has put in to exceed the needs of their customers.
