Intuit Australia has announced it will include an STP-compliant solution for small and micro businesses as part of its Quickbooks offering.

Small and micro businesses with up to four employees can access Quickbooks plus an STP compliant payroll solution from Keypay for as little as $15 a month.

“Following extensive customer research with small businesses, we have developed QuickBooks plus payroll to be the best value solution available, combining dynamic cloud accounting with STP compliant payroll, which is perfect for small and micro businesses,” said John Dunkerley, Country Manager of Intuit Australia.

“QuickBooks plus payroll offers benefits to small businesses far beyond managing STP compliance, including cash-flow management, bank account reconciliation as well as GST and BAS filing. In addition, the QuickBooks payroll offering, powered by KeyPay – the 2018 global payroll software supplier of the year[1] – gives every small business access to a fully automated payroll solution,” said Dunkerley.

“Our number one objective is to back our customers by putting their needs first, supporting their growth and setting them up for long-term success. Our offering is priced at an easy entry point for customers to take advantage of software that provides integrated payroll together with smarter accounting solutions.”

Mr Dunkerley added, “Small businesses are the backbone of our economy and Intuit helps more small businesses prosper with over 3.9 million using QuickBooks Online around the world.”

From today, QuickBooks will come with the following payroll inclusions across its suite of packages:

  • Simple Start ($15pm) = 4 employees
  • Essentials ($30pm) = 7 employees
  • Plus ($40pm) = 10 employees

All monthly subscriptions include GST.
