When Eduardo Richetta found himself out of a job during COVID he made the unusual decision to start a new business with his partner Emma White. The pair upped sticks from their Gold Coast home and moved to Noosaville to open family-friendly restaurant and tapas bar, Eduardo’s By the River.
Just months old, the business is already gaining a strong following of new customers. However, Eduardo and Emma are keen to attract new clientele. When it comes to marketing, Eduardo says he and his team are still finding their feet. They rely a lot upon word of mouth and use social media to also spread the word within the community.
