Homeware designer Karen Miles gets advice on organisational structure from Disruptex

Karen Miles is the founder of a French-inspired homewares’ line, French Consul. The designer’s fashionable grain sack striped linens and bags have proved so popular they have found fans both locally and globally.

The uplift in business has seen Miles considering how she can now scale her business and says she has her eyes set on US expansion. Yet the designer admits she has no real idea of how to create the business structure needed to succeed.

Enter organisational expert Natalia Huber from Disruptex. Huber suggests a lack of organisational structure could inhibit Miles ability to grow her business.  She gives Miles the rundown on the best options to take if she would like to see French Consul grow.
