Facebook has rolled out Business Suite to give small business owners the ability to communicate more easily with their customers.
Facebook Business Suite will allow businesses to reach more customers, with simultaneous posting to both Instagram and Facebook which makes staying connected easy.
Business Suite will also allow users to get all their Facebook and Instagram messages, notifications and alerts in one place and deliver insights from both platforms.
Speaking of the launch of Business Suite, Sheryl Sandberg, COO, Facebook said with so businesses shifting to online during the coronavirus crisis, the social media giant was hoping to support them as they transitioned.
“Many businesses have moved online to reach customers when they can’t do so in person. The benefits of taking this leap are increasingly clear: those businesses selling online are increasing sales and providing greater security for their employees, says Sheryl Sandberg, COO, Facebook.
“Facebook’s free tools and personalised ads have been a lifeline for many small businesses making this leap – we’ll continue to support them as they adapt during these uncertain times.”
In a statement to media Facebook wrote:

Currently, Business Suite includes tools like posting, messaging, insights and advertising capabilities, improving the experience of managing a business across our apps.
To get the most out of Business Suite, Facebook recommends you first link your Facebook and Instagram business accounts if they aren’t already.
