1. The average smartphone user checks their device 85 times a day.
2. How long do you spend on your device? 55% of those checking their devices are for 30 seconds or less.
3. So, what can you do about it? Set particular times during the day where you allocate time to check your device. Once the allocated time is over, switch off your device and continue with the other tasks in hand.
