Kerry Goyette is the Founder & President of Aperio Consulting Group, a corporate consulting firm that utilizes workplace analytics and research-based strategies to build high performance teams. She is a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst and Certified Forensic Interviewer with postgraduate studies in psychometrics.
Goyette is an international speaker including the popular TEDx talk, "Stop Trying to Motivate Your Employees," the keynote speaker at the 2017 Global HR Inside Summit in Vienna, Austria, the keynote speaker for the 2018 Best Employers Awards in Barbados, and has been featured in Fast Company, CEO World Magazine, Business.com, Quartz at Work, and Innovation Enterprise.
Goyette has consulted for organizations around the world. She is on the University of Missouri MBA Advisory Board and co-leads the Centennial Investors Research Task Force studying predictors of entrepreneurial success. Kerry partnered with Centennial Investors and led the study, “Leadership Matters: How Psychometrics can Forecast the Success or Failure or Start-Ups.” Her research revealed three adaptive strategies that enhance an entrepreneur’s ability to succeed, but more importantly, five counterproductive habits that correlate with entrepreneurial failure.
